½ cup popcorn kernels
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
½ cup grated Parmesan
Chili powder, as desired

1. In a heavy pot, pop popcorn as per package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter.
2. Once all the popcorn is popped, add melted butter and mix well. Add grated Parmesan cheese and chili powder, and mix well to coat popcorn. Serve immediately.
