Martha Stewart wants to be included in your trick or treat plans. The domestic doyenne is releasing the background noises CD “Martha Stewart Living’s Spooky Scary Sounds for Halloween” on Sept. 5 ($9.98), her company has announced. A Christmas sound effects CD is also due. Meanwhile, a “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” album is scheduled to hit stores today, featuring a dozen songs inspired by the game show. Cuts on the CD deal with money, phone calls and winning. This includes the old Bing Crosby standard, “Pennies from Heaven” — sung by Regis Philbin himself. A “Survivor” soundtrack is also said to be in the works, as is, for release on Aug. 22, a compilation of the “Today” show’s live summer concerts. Artists include *NSYNC, Phil Collins, Hootie & the Blowfish and Amy Grant, and a percentage of sales procee ds from the CD will go to benefit colon cancer research. The cause important to the show’s host, Katie Couric, who two years ago lost her husband to the disease.
