Jonathan William Moseley Jr. and mom Malia "are healthy and doing great"
Olympic skier Jonny Moseley and his wife, Malia, have welcomed a baby boy, their spokesperson tells PEOPLE.
Jonathan William Moseley, Jr. – “Jack” – was born Tuesday in San Francisco at 4:27 p.m. He weighed 9 lbs., 2 oz., and was 21″ long.
“Malia and Jack are healthy and doing great,” says their rep.
Moseley, 31, a two-time World Cup champ, won a gold medal in freestyle skiing in the 1998 Olympics in Nagano, Japan. The former Malia Rich is his business manager.
In April, the mom- and dad-to-be told PEOPLE they were both “looking forward to parenthood and all that comes with it.”
The couple met in high school and dated for two years before becoming engaged in 2003. They wed in Telluride, Colo., on March 25, 2006.
