Sinead O’Connor said she was too busy for a honeymoon. And sure enough, the Irish singer was back on stage Sunday for a show at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre.

The newlywed cut a striking figure in a black leather corset with matching black leather pants, leading her band in a set just 10 days after marrying Barry Herridge in the back of a pink Cadillac in Las Vegas.

O’Connor, 45, was joined on stage by her daughter Roisin, 15, for several songs, the Irish Independent reports.

Herridge attended the show but kept a low profile, slipping in a side door 20 minutes before his wife’s set began.

On her website, O’Connor recently told her fans not to expect to see too much of Herridge in public in future. As a therapist for young people, she explained, he’s not interested in becoming a well-known face.

“It was very benevolent of him to make himself available publicly concerning our wedding,” she writes, “but from this point forward it is very important for the healing of his clients and for his work generally that he keep a low profile.”
