Sinatra Jr.'s New Pad

Frank Sinatra Jr., 54, has bought a home in the Beverly Hills area for about $3.5 million. Sinatra, who married lawyer Cynthia McMurrey in October, bought a seven-bedroom, 8,200-square-foot home with city and ocean views, the Los Angeles Times reported. The gated, four-acre estate also includes two spas, a pool and lighted tennis court. The son of the late crooner is a conductor, arranger, singer and pianist. His 20-piece band includes some musicians who toured with his father.

  • In other real estate news, onetime Golden Globe Most Promising New Star winner Pia Zadora has put her 4,600-sq.-ft. Malibu house on the sales block and is asking $6.1 million, says the Wall Street Journal. It has seven bedrooms, a pool and 50 feet of beachfront. When Zadora was married to magnate Meshulam Riklis (who financed her career until they divorced in 1995), the couple lived in Pickfair, the legendary 25,000-sq.-ft. home built by Hollywood pioneers Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks. For years Riklis had the estate up for sale at $35 million, but he is said to have taken it off the market, reports the Journal.
