Managers of a Wal-Mart store in Windsor Heights, Iowa, apparently didn’t find comic Pauly Shore funny. Shore was filming a program in the Des Moines area over the weekend. When he dropped by a suburban Wal-Mart with his camera crew Saturday afternoon, store officials, who didn’t want him filming inside the store, called police. “He had permission to film in Des Moines from Mayor Preston Daniels,” a police officer told the Associated Press. “This is Windsor Heights.” Wal-Mart manager Doug Hayes said he would not discuss the incident. No arrests were made, and Shore left the store quietly.
