Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne may be separating after 33 years of marriage – but that doesn’t mean that divorce is on the table.

A source told PEOPLE that no divorce is being discussed at present.

Previously, a source told PEOPLE that they would not be surprised if the couple worked through their breakup, noting that Sharon believes that Ozzy is having an affair.

News of Sharon and Ozzy’s separation broke Saturday. On Monday, Sharon did not appear on her show The Talk.

Co-host Julie Chen addressed Sharon’s absence on the show:

“There were many tabloid headlines this weekend about Sharon and her husband Ozzy, rumors and speculation that they have split up after 33 years of marriage,” Chen explained. “Sharon understandably took today off. We are sending all of our love to her and to her family, and we ask that you do the same.”

Sharon, 63, and Ozzy, 67, met in the early ’70s, when Sharon’s father Don Arden was managing Ozzy’s band Black Sabbath. Sharon took over her father’s management company when Ozzy split from the iconic band in 1979, managing the rocker’s solo career. The two wed on July 4, 1982, and have three children together Aimee, 32; Kelly, 31; and Jack, 30.
