Selma Blair’s divorce from actor-rocker Ahmet Zappa has been finalized, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Although they have a confidential settlement agreement, both parties have agreed to waive spousal support, the filings say. (Their status as a married couple won’t be officially terminated until Dec. 27.)
Blair filed for divorce in June, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who have no children, wed in January 2004 at the L.A. home of actress Carrie Fisher after dating for six months.
Blair, 34, is best known for her roles in 1999’s Cruel Intentions and 2001’s Legally Blonde. Up next for the actress is a role in the upcoming Edward Burns-directed film Purple Violets.
Zappa, 32, is the son of the late musician Frank Zappa. He released a children’s book, The Monstrous Memoirs of a Mighty McFearless, in July.
