She’s just five concerts into her 58-date Stars Dance tour, but the ice packs are already out for Selena Gomez!

“Now, I hurt. Everywhere,” the pop star wrote on Instagram overnight next to a photo of herself reclining wearily in her private jet while icing both legs following a show in Winnipeg.

And no wonder – the 21-year-old’s concerts are said to be a whirlwind of dance routines, for which she rehearsed eight hours a day leading up to the tour.

“I think the dancing is what I’m most nervous about because I’m such a perfectionist,” she told MTV earlier this month.

“Two of my best friends are actually on that stage with me that are dancers and have been dancing for years, so I want to keep up with them. That’s been challenging. It’s great, and I feel like I’ve been working out, which I feel I need to do more of.”

Hopefully the plane has an ice maker. Gomez’s tour continues across Canada before reaching Europe next week and the U.S. on Oct. 10, wrapping in St. Louis on Nov. 27.
