As Sandra Lee fights for her life, the celebrity chef continues to share an honest look at her cancer battle.

Lee, 48, posted a video from her hospital bed Saturday, frankly discussing how much pain she is in and imploring fans to get screened for breast cancer, too.

“Both Rita [Wilson] and Christina Applegate told me I was not gonna be as strong as I thought I was gonna be, and they’re right,” she said of her actress friends, both breast cancer survivors. “It’s really throwing me for a loop.”

“I’ve lost about 15 lbs. in five days, and not just my boobs,” she added wearily “It’s just a lot of drugs, and it’s a lot of nausea, and I just don’t feel very good, but I’m going to get better. And this is a very good point, girls: You gotta go get your mammograms on Tuesday.”

She has been Tweeting photos from her recovery from a double masectomy with the hashtag #breastcancerawareness.

The longtime love of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo revealed her diagnosis May 12.

“I am happy to report that she is doing as well as could be expected and has begun the post-surgery recovery process,” Cuomo, 57, said in a statement Tuesday. “On behalf of Sandy and myself, I want to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and prayers over the last few days. Your support has meant the world to us.”
