Bow down! The award-winning ensemble, which includes Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo and Liev Schreiber, brings their leading lady Rachel McAdams to the forefront.
The Transparent star took home the coveted award for best actor in a comedy. "I play Maura Pfefferman, she's very entitled and she has a lot of money, and I would just like to dedicate this award to the non-Maura Pfeffermans who don't have a lot of cash for their operations, for their medicines, for their freedom," he said in his acceptance speech.
THE CAST OF ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK
Have you seen a cooler group of ladies? The tight crew, which features Laverne Cox and Lea DeLaria, lets loose and stages a party of their own in PEOPLE's photo booth.
THE CAST OF ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK
Laura Prepon, who plays Alex Vause in the critically acclaimed Netflix series, poses with her OITNB castmates after they snagged the award for best ensemble cast in a series.
The OITNB star and two-time SAG Award winner looks cool and collected as ever after delivering an inspiring acceptance speech. "I would like to take an opportunity to acknowledge the actors who are at home, not here in this room with us," she said, "but hoping to one day be in this room with us to continue to keep trying, to keep plugging, to keep working no matter if anybody tells you to get out of that line you're waiting in – stay in line, you have the chance, it is yours."
Three cheers for Vikander, who scooped up her first-ever SAG Award for her performance in The Danish Girl, opposite Eddie Redmayne.
Regal – the only fitting way to describe the award-winning actress of Bessie. "I hope that anyone out there who does not come in the package that people say you should, keep fighting for it, flip those rocks over, keep pushing, keep turning, you can do it," she said in her acceptance speech. "You build your own boxes."
House of Cards' Spacey took home a SAG Award for best actor in a drama series, which he also won last year.
Looking lovely, Larson lets out a laugh as she hangs on to her first-ever SAG Award for her performance in Room. In her acceptance speech, the breakout star mentioned how her fellow nominees inspired her to become an actress. "Watching your movies – to all of my SAG members – made me feel less alone and made me feel like that was a safe place for me to explore my creativity."
The Life Achievement Award was awarded to the legendary star of the '60s and '70s comedic TV series The Carol Burnett Show. "So you slept in a horse and you ate bison liver. Big whoop," said presenter Amy Poehler, who zinged dramas, Leonardo DiCaprio and The Revenant while honoring Burnett. "Carol would have slept in the horse, worn it, done a song and a dance, and made a much funnier face after eating something disgusting. The point is Carol is better than all of us."
THE CAST OF DOWNTON ABBEY
"To be nominated in this category is mind-blowing for us," because the British show was "up against your TV royalty," said Lesley Nicol, who plays the fictional estate's cook Mrs. Patmore.
The How to Get Away with Murder star took home her second SAG Award while singing her show's praises. The experience, she said, "the joy, pleasure of my life."
It's official: 2016 is the year of DiCaprio. The Revenant actor nabbed the SAG Award for best actor – and spent time praising his parents in his acceptance speech. "To my parents, thank you for listening to an overly ambitious, slightly annoying 13-year-old kid who wanted to go on auditions every day after school," he said. "I would not be standing here without you."
