Ryan Kavanaugh, the founder of Relativity Media, and model Jessica Roffey were married Friday in a private ceremony near Malibu, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.
The Fighter producer and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model held the reception in Nobu Malibu – not far from where Kavanaugh originally proposed last year.
Following a private beach ceremony for their families, the newlyweds headed to Nobu Malibu for a private party with their friends.
Guests were then serenaded by Steven Tyler who played a full set that included “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing,” which was the bride and groom’s first dance.
Other famous guests included Josh Hartnett, Paula Abdul, director McG, Jerry Bruckheimer and Ron Burkle.
The glowing bride happily showed off her wedding band which included and eternity band made of 4.25 carat round brilliant diamonds set in 18k white gold.
In lieu of gifts, guests were invited to make donations to the Kavanaugh Family Charitable Foundation Trust, which gives to a variety of causes.
And the guests didn’t leave empty-handed, either. Everyone was handed a Party Patch during the event. Party Patch, which is owned by Kavanaugh, is touted as a natural hangover remedy that supposedly reduces the physical side effects of drinking.
