There are roses for Rosie.

On the mend from a heart attack, Rosie O’Donnell is getting showered with flowers and best wishes from fans – and returning the sentiments on Twitter.

Calling herself “happy” and “grateful,” O’Donnell, 50, wrote Tuesday that she was, “Listening to Barry Manilow – painting – feeling good.”

Along with images of some of her abstract works, O’Donnell also posted pictures of roses she’s received and of a Grape-nuts box reading “good for your heart.”

O’Donnell revealed Monday that she had suffered a heart attack on Aug. 14 after helping “an enormous woman” get out of a car in a parking lot.
