After investigating nearly 40 complaints about parties and noise, prosecutors in Orange Country, Calif., found that there simply wasn’t enough evidence to charge basketball’s bad boy Dennis Rodman with disturbing the peace. Witnesses were either anonymous or uncooperative, no crime was committed or there wasn’t enough documentation for charges, the local District Attorney’s Office told the Associated Press.
