Sharing a romantic dinner in a back room at L’Atelier Saint-Germain de Joël Robuchon in Paris on Wednesday, Foster “was very attentive and sweet” to his on-again fiancée, an onlooker tells PEOPLE. “They were very low-key and cute together. You could tell he was really into her.”
The House of Cards star, 48, and the Lone Survivor actor, 34, also attended the Giorgio Armani Privé Haute Couture show on Tuesday together and sat side-by-side.
Splitting briefly late last year, Wright and Foster “are in a very good place now,” says a source close to the actress. “They’re ecstatically happy.”
“Marriage doesn’t define her,” says the source. “That’s not to say it won’t happen, just that things as they are, are pretty great. In many ways, she and Ben couldn’t be a better match.”
For now, the pair are just “loving spending time together” while also focusing on work.
“Robin is in a good, healthy place,” says the source. “In many ways, things are coming together. Ben is a part of that, her kids are a part of that and her work has never been more rewarding.”
