Rob Lowe’s nanny will use the courts to answer his claims she’s trying to extort $1.5 million from him, the nanny’s rep says.

“Our complaint will speak for itself. Everything in the complaint is true. We do not need the media to win the case,” her rep tells Extra.

In a preemptive action, Lowe claimed in a blog post Monday that the woman is demanding the money from him and his wife “or she will accuse us both of a vicious laundry list of false terribles,” including false claims of sexual harassment.

Lowe, 44, has also filed lawsuits against nanny Jessica Gibson and two other former employees.
