Siblings that work out together, stay together!

On Thursday, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian had a special guest join them for their daily workout session: their brother Rob.

The sisters took to Snapchat to document the grueling routine, which included squats, TRX, weights and rope lifting.

“Back at it,” Khloé, 32, captioned a video of her two siblings hard at work.

Kourtney, 37, also uploaded a shot of the equipment they were using that day: “Today’s torture,” she wrote. She also took to her website and app to share her workout playlist which features tracks from Kanye West and Tyga.

“If there is one thing that gets me through a workout, (besides having Khloé by my side) it’s good music! I love to blast ’90s pop, rap and Kayne to get me pumped up for a serious exercise session,” Kourtney wrote.

Over the past two years, Rob, 29, has struggled with significant weight gain that led to a diabetes diagnosis last year.

Though he told PEOPLE in August he was diabetes-free — and credited his fiancée Blac Chyna for helping him focus on his health — his weight struggle was an ongoing theme on the recent season of Rob & Chyna.

A few weeks ago, Rob took Instagram to share a motivational post vowing to lose weight for the baby girl he is expecting this month with Chyna.

“I’m done with carrying this pregnancy weight. Me and my baby gonna be right. MOTIVATION TIME!” he captioned a side-by-side of pictures of the two. “We almost there.”

During an appearance on Thursday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Khloé revealed the baby is due next week — and took a moment to praise the father-to-be.

“I feel like he has so many traits like my dad, so I think he’s going to be great with the baby,” she said. “I’m sure he’s nervous — I think any new dad should be.”
