Paralyzed bride Rachelle Friedman Chapman answered a slew of intimate questions during a wide-ranging Internet discussion this week, getting a huge response to her Ask Me Anything chat on Reddit.

Rachelle, 29, was paralyzed from the chest down after a friend playfully pushed her into a pool at her bachelorette party in May of 2010.

Last month, she spoke to PEOPLE first about the birth of her baby, Kaylee Rae Chapman, via surrogate. But that was just one of dozens of topics she tackled during the discussion, which got more than 4,000 comments.

“I do it because I want to educate and inspire people,” Rachelle tells PEOPLE about her decision to participate in the AMA chat for the third time.

Readers submitted hundreds of questions, asking about everything from whether she still talks to the friend who pushed her in the pool, to sex after the accident and how she’s handling everyday mom tasks.

Yes, Rachelle says she still talks to the friend, but admits they’re not as close as they once were. She says her friend was depressed for awhile, but is doing well now.

Sex is still good, it’s just different.

And Rachelle has finally changed a diaper! She says she had to use her teeth to pull the tabs on it.

“I have limited dexterity,” she wrote when answering questions about how she’s handling motherhood with limited use of her hands and fingers. “It takes practice and I couldn’t really practice before I had an actual baby. Doing it on a doll and an actual squirming baby are two completely different things.”

Kaylee Rae is now a month old and Rachelle says she is loving every bit of motherhood: “It’s awesome, I feel like we’ve really bonded.”

“I sing the same Beatles songs to her that my dad sung to me,” she added. “And that’s pretty cool.”
