Prince Charles’s longtime companion Camilla Parker Bowles is said to have come in from the cold — the Royal Family’s chill, that is. At long last, Queen Elizabeth met briefly with Parker Bowles, in a move that is being interpreted by some royal watchers as possibly clearing the way for a marriage between the Queen’s son and Camilla. The encounter took place Saturday at Charles’s Highgrove estate during the 60th birthday party for Greece’s exiled King Constantine. The meeting was described as amicable.
