Puffy Says He's Sorry

Rap impresario Sean “Puffy” Combs has apologized to the record executive who claimed he suffered a broken jaw and arm in a beating by Combs and two other men. “I was embarrassed,” the Grammy-winning rapper said Wednesday about the April 15 incident. “That’s not a normal action for me. I thought, ‘How could you be so stupid? This is not like you.'” Combs, 29, said he has “talked everything out” with the executive, Steven Stoute. According to Combs, Stoute has approached the Manhattan D.A. about dropping the charges. Combs added that no money was paid to Stoute to resolve the dispute.
