Jonathan and Drew Scott make homeowners’ dreams come true on their HGTV hit Property Brothers – and now one of their own dreams is coming true as their budding music career continues to take off.

The Scott brothers released their debut songs, ”Hold On” and ”Let the Light Shine In,” in November – and now PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the music video for the latter.

The clip finds the 37-year-old twins hosting a house party (fitting!) while they perform “Let the Night Shine In,” a feel-good, live-in-the-moment country anthem.

It is the second visual the siblings have released, having dropped an emotional music video accompaniment to “Hold On” back in February.

The musical foray came when the Scotts – whose new book Dream Home is a New York Times best-seller – were filming their Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch special.

“We grew up on a ranch, we’re cowboy kids, and we used to just sing around the campfire singing songs; my dad and I played the guitar. So we recorded these two songs as a tribute to how we grew up, we had no idea that they would hit so well, and ‘Hold On’ – it Billboard charted! It’s amazing to us that everyone’s loved the songs so much, so we ll probably do more,” Drew told PEOPLE in April.
