“Prince William has been awarded Eton’s Sword of Honor — the school’s highest accolade for a first year cadet,” reports Britain’s Mail on Sunday. “As his proud father looked on, the young Prince accepted the award at the school’s parade before breaking up for half term. The honor (is) given to the best all-round cadet at the end of the first year.” Prince Charles is said to be “absolutely delighted and very proud” about the award to his eldest son.
