Prince Harry Hangs Out with New Girlfriend's Ex

The prince chats up F1 driver Jenson Button, who dated Florence Brudenell-Bruce for two years

Perhaps he was asking for advice.

As Prince William and Duchess Catherine successfully capped off their North American tour, Prince Harry had his own business to attend to at Sunday’s British Grand Prix in Silverstone, England, with none other than the ex-boyfriend of his current girlfriend, model-actress Florence Brudenell-Bruce.

The prince, 26, chatted up Formula One driver Jenson Button, 31, whom Brudenell-Bruce, 25, dated from 2006 to 2008, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

But no hard feelings: there didn’t seem to be any tension between the two as they talked, and Harry reportedly rooted for Button at the race.

Harry was first linked to Button’s ex in June after ending his relationship with on-and-off girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

U.K. tabloids said the pair were having “secret trysts” and were “an item.”

“We don’t comment on the Prince’s personal life,” a Palace spokesman said at the time.

Prior to the race, Harry took to the polo field on Saturday, much like his brother did in the States. And, like William, Harry was victorious, helping the British Army polo team secure this year’s Rundle Cup against the Royal Navy team at Tidworth Polo Club in Wiltshire, England.
