Barack Obama & Taylor Swift
The former president and singer are among the many stars who will be showing their support at Pride Live's third annual Stonewall Day. The big event commemorates the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Riots and helps raise awareness for the fight in LGBTQ equality.
This year's global livestream, hosted by trans advocate and model Geena Rocero, features a star-studded lineup, which includes Demi Lovato, Kesha, Katy Perry, Hayley Kiyoko, Ellen DeGeneres, Cynthia Erivo, Christian Siriano, George Takei, Donatella Versace, Chelsea Clinton, Luke Evans, Valerie Jarrett, Stella Maxwell, Bethany C. The actor began his Instagram post by sharing how "grateful" he felt about the recent Supreme Court ruling that gives LGBTQ people federal protection against workplace discrimination.

The actress and trans activist shared an important message about how Pride month has become commodified and corporatized, and needs to refocus back on marginalized people in the LGBTQIA community.
"It has to be about poor and working class trans, LGBTQIA people, people who are homeless during COVID-19," she wrote. "So many homeless queer youth are struggling in ways that we can't even imagine because of this virus."
