No one keeps the president waiting – except Bill Clinton, of course.

President Barack Obama‘s impatient side surfaced on Friday when he just couldn’t get a preoccupied Clinton to board Air Force One home after the funeral for former Israeli President Shimon Peres, ABC News reports.

Clinton is notorious for running late, and Obama experienced that first-hand as he stood in the doorway of the plane repeatedly beckoning the former president to hurry up.

“Bill, let’s go! Let’s go! Billy! Let’s go!” Obama yelled, while shaking his head at Clinton, according to a video obtained by ABC.

Soon the president stepped out of the doorway – after rolling up his sleeves – and continued calling Clinton.

“Bill! Let’s go, we gotta go home!” he said. Soon, Clinton began up the stairs to the plane and shook the president’s hand.

Then – finally – the two walked inside.

Peres died on Wednesday in a Tel Aviv area hospital at 93 about two weeks after suffering a stroke. He was one of the last surviving founders of Israel.
