Piper Perabo Wears a Most Unique Gown in Vibrant Wedding Photo

Piper Perabo’s wedding dress is certainly “something new.”

The Covert Affairs actress wore a unique, textured metallic gown to tie the knot with director-producer Stephen Kay on Saturday in New York City.

Perabo, 37, paired the unconventional ensemble with a light yellow veil, coordinating with a bouquet of pale roses. The groom rocked a casual, loose blue suit and gray fedora.

This is the first marriage for both.

The couple got engaged in September after working together on the hit USA spy show. A source called them “very happy” after Kay popped the question.

The very private Perabo has been tight-lipped about their relationship, but the Coyote Ugly star did open up about her romantic preferences in a recent interview with Gotham magazine honoring the 130th anniversary of the Manhattan.

“Cocktails like the Manhattan are similar to men that I like: really strong, sort of tidy, simple, beautiful, and with their hair down,” she said.
