Philip Seymour Hoffman Treated for Snorting Heroin

Philip Seymour Hoffman completed 10 days in rehab, PEOPLE confirms.
Crediting “a great group of friends and family” for assistance in getting the necessary help he required, Hoffman, 45, tells TMZ.com that he slowly began with prescription pills and then recently graduated to snorting heroin.
