TROUBLED: The five-year marriage of Uma Thurman, 33, and Ethan Hawke, 32, looks to be on the rocks, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue. Hawke apparently became friendly with the 22-year-old daughter of a Montreal apparel manufacturer while in the city to film his new movie “Taking Lives.” Thurman spent her summer in Vancouver shooting “Paycheck,” with Ben Affleck. Reps for the couple declined comment. They have two children: Maya, 5, and Roan, 1.

SUED: Blair Boone, the original “culture guy” on TV’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,” is suing producers of Bravo’s hit makeover show for $105,000 after the cable network dumped him after two episodes, reports the New York Post. He was replaced by Jai Rodriguez. After the Fab Five hit it big, “that was a bitter pill to swallow,” Boone said. Producers had no comment.

INJURED: Former screen siren Raquel Welch, 62, broke her arm in a Los Angeles car accident last weekend, New York’s Daily News reports. Her representative tell the paper that the star was rushed to the hospital, doctors operated on her and she was sent home. No one else was injured, said the rep. Police reportedly consider the crash an accident.

OFFERED: Katharine Hepburn‘s waterfront, 13-acre family estate, Fenwick, in Old Saybrook, Conn., is on the market, reports the Associated Press Asking price: $12 million. The movie legend, who died there on June 29 at the age of 96, grew up on the compound.
