Fresh from her hosting stint on Saturday Night Live, Paris Hilton will get another chance to show off her acting skills on an upcoming episode of NBC’s American Dreams.

This time out, Hilton will play I Dream of Jeannie star Barbara Eden, in an episode to air March 16, the New York Post reports. (The original I Dream of Jeannie debuted in 1965 and starred Eden opposite Larry Hagman.)

Hilton is just the latest in a long line of guest stars for the ’60s-themed Dreams, which has used its American Bandstand backdrop to showcase everyone from American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson and Nick Lachey to Alicia Keys and Hilary Duff.

Still, the show, which stars Brittany Snow and Will Estes, could use a ratings boost from the Simple Life star Hilton, as viewership is down by nearly 15 percent in its third season, the Post reports.
