Don’t believe everything you hear on the Tom Sizemore Sex Scandal DVD – at least not according to Paris Hilton.

The racy disc, which goes on sale Wednesday and reportedly contains footage of the Black Hawk Down star having sex, also includes an interview in which the troubled actor details an overnight encounter with the Simple Life actress, reports.

Sizemore says that following a party at his house, he discovered that Hilton had remained behind, which led to a rather intimate evening between the two, Sizemore says in the interview. “She knew what she could do to people,” he says.

Sizemore claims that Hilton left the next morning, and says nothing about whether they ever got together again.

But according to Hilton, that encounter never happened. “It’s disappointing that Mr. Sizemore has to use my name to sell his DVDs,” she said in a statement. “He is not an acquaintance of mine nor have I ever had intimate relations with him.”

The DVD controversy comes just days after a judge praised Sizemore for his progress at a drug treatment facility.

“I have seen remarkable improvement,” Superior Court Judge Paula Adele Mabrey told Sizemore on Monday, the Associated Press reports. “I believe that you know what you need to do to stay out of prison.”

Sizemore has been living at a rehab center in Pasadena, Calif., since his probation was revoked in July. He had been on probation after his conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

Michael Rovell, an attorney for the Saving Private Ryan actor, said Sizemore “is licking his problem. It is not an easy problem to overcome, but right now, he is winning the battle.”
