The actress, 29, sang TK with TKTKTK, TKTKTK AND TKTKKTK.
When Kendrick found out she was going to be a part of the star-studded number earlier this month, she tweeted: “Excited to announce @TheAcademy has invited me to be part of a special performance at the #Oscars on Feb. 22nd!
Upon revealing Kendrick’s participation in Sunday’s festivities, producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron said her performance would be an ” ‘Only on the Oscars moment.”
Kendrick previously showed off her singing chops as Cinderella in Into the Woods, which was nominated for two Oscars this year.
The 2015 Oscars, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris from the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles, are airing live on ABC.
