Miranda Kerr & Orlando Bloom: The Way They Were
Less than a month before announcing their amicable separation, a smiling Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr stepped out with son Flynn, 2, on Oct. 7 for a stroll in their N.Y.C. neighborhood. "After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation. Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family," read their joint statement.
Following Bloom's Sept. 19 opening night performance in Broadway's Romeo and Juliet, the pair stay close at the after-party at New York City's Edison Ballroom. "When I saw Orlando on Broadway, I was blown away," Kerr said recently. "We don't run lines though. We keep that very separate. That would be like me asking him to teach me how to catwalk."
PARENTS' NIGHT OUT
HAVE BABY, WILL TRAVEL
The brand-new family of three (plus tiny pooch Frankie, in carrier!) jet off to N.Y.C. together in April 2011.
A few weeks before quietly tying the knot, Kerr stands by Bloom's side in July 2010 as he receives an honorary degree from England's University of Kent. It was an especially emotional day for the actor, who battled dyslexia as a student.
LOVE IN BLOOM
The actor puts a ring on his soon-to-be bride during a PDA-filled February 2009 vacation in Sydney, Australia.
