Borrowing from a line in the song Hello, Dolly!, Oprah will never go away again.

The media queen, 50, has announced that she and her syndicator, King World Productions, have reached a deal to continue her top-rated The Oprah Winfrey Show through the 2010-11 TV season, taking the Chicago-based talk-fest right up to its silver anniversary.

“The thought of taking the show to its 25th anniversary is both exhilarating and challenging,” Oprah said in a statement. Terms of the new deal have not been disclosed, but Oprah consistently ranks high on the list of America’s richest celebrities.

Only last year, Winfrey extended her contract by two more years, taking her through the 2007-2008. Previously, however, she had talked about putting her microphone down for the last time after the 2005-2006 season.

Her new three-year contract actually calls for more Oprah each year: Starting with the 2004-05 season, the number of new episodes will increase from 130 to 140, Reuters reports. The expanded production will hold through the 2009-10 season, but drop back to 130 episodes for the final year of the contract.
