The brother of Olympian Noelle Pikus-Pace is missing after taking a camping trip with his three children.

Pikus-Pace, who scored a silver medal in skeleton this winter, is asking fans for their help and prayer on Facebook as police search for the family.

“My brother, Jared, and 3 of his kids went camping Friday and were supposed to come home yesterday morning. Search and rescue found their vehicle but can’t find them!” she posted Sunday. “They are in northern Idaho. His wife is at home with their other 3 kids including a very new baby. Please say a prayer for them and those looking for them!”

The 31-year-old mother of two overcame great hardship – injuries, a miscarriage and fundraising obstacles – to compete at Sochi.

After all of the hard work that not only I but my family put in to achieve in this dream, it came in those minutes, those seconds,” she told PEOPLE in February. “It really was a fairytale ending.”
