Olivia Wilde is officially a single woman after a judge signed papers ending her eight-year marriage to an Italian prince.

The actress, 27, filed for divorce from Tao Ruspoli in March in Los Angeles Superior Court and got a final judgment on Sept. 29.

The pair eloped in 2003 when Wilde was a teen-ager. The star of Tron did not seek spousal support and the former couple reached a private agreement on dividing property.

“The trauma of the whole thing has been humbling,” Wilde told Marie Claire in July, “and for the first time, I’m a little bit wobbly.”
