Holly Rotella? Not so fast.

Having married music-festival producer Pasquale Rotella on Sept. 10, Holly Madison wrote her husband’s last name on her marriage license, but it’s not a priority for her to take on his surname.

“I have the option of changing it, but if I get to actually doing it, that’s the question,” she told PEOPLE Wednesday at the premiere of Runner Runner in Las Vegas.

The public appearance is Madison’s first since her over-to-top Disneyland wedding, during which guests got private Disney rides and a special show of Fantasmic!, which features pyrotechnics and water-based attractions surrounding Tom Sawyer Island. The couple’s 6-month-old daughter, Rainbow Aurora, was the guest of honor.

“[Disneyland] did an amazing job putting everything together,” she said. Next up: the honeymoon, whenever that happens.

“We want to go on one, but we haven’t found a good time to schedule it yet,” she explains. “So we’re still up in the air.”
