The British supermodel is being treated for removal of a small cyst, says her rep
Naomi Campbell has been admitted to a hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for the removal of a small cyst, PEOPLE has confirmed.
In a statement issued by her London representative it is stated: “Naomi Campbell was admitted to hospital [Monday night] to have a small cyst removed. Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work. She would like to thank he doctors who have kindly looked after her.”
The British supermodel, 37, who often visits the South American country, marked Carnival this month in the northeastern city of Salvador, reports Britain’s Guardian newspaper, which also says she is in the Sirio Libanes hospital.
