Nick Cannon Thanks Ex Mariah Carey on Mother's Day: I Will Forever Be in Debt to You
The America's Got Talent host shared a sweet message on Instagram
Nick Cannon showed that there are no hard feelings during a special time like Mother’s Day.
The 34-year-old star took to Instagram on Sunday to thank his ex Mariah Carey, 45, for blessing him with his two children and for being a great mother.
“Gotta represent for the Mother of my children. She is such a wonderful, thoughtful, festive, loving and nurturing Soul. I will forever be in debt to you for blessing me and the rest of the world with Roc & Roe,” Cannon posted Sunday beside a photo of Carey and their 4-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
He added, “A true #Queen. Will love you always @MariahCarey #HappyMothersDay.”
This isn’t the first time that Cannon has shown he is still a big supporter of his former wife.
Nick Cannon Talks Co-parenting with Mariah Carey
Last month, the television host showed off a photo of Carey’s new album cover for her greatest hits compilation #1 to Infinity, reminding his followers of the release date and including the hashtag “#NoHate.” The gesture came in the wake of rumors that her single “Infinity” was a dig at Cannon.
The former couple also spent Easter together April 5 and reunited for their twins’ 4th birthdays on April 30.
“Grateful and forever in debt to @MariahCarey for blessing me and the rest of the world with these [two angels],” Cannon wrote on Instagram at the time.
Cannon filed divorce papers on Dec. 12 after six years of marriage.
