Obviously, Stars Got All Dressed Up for the Costume Designers Guild Awards (PHOTOS)
"I adore costume – I always have," Blanchett said as she accepted the Lacoste Spotlight Award. "My sister trained as a costume and set designer and I as an actor, and we used to play this game every weekend, where she would dress me up and I would inhabit the forms that she'd given me. And we'd give them names and our favorite character was Piggy Trucker. I won't perform Piggy Trucker for you, but she named this thing that she had sort of created, but it was a dialogue, and it was fun."
QUENTIN TARANTINO & COURTNEY HOFFMAN
"Can I just say that I love this award?" Tarantino, with The Hateful Eight costume designer Hoffman, said while accepting the Collaborators Award. "I appreciate you for appreciating what me and my collaborators have done."
JENNIFER JASON LEIGH & KURT RUSSELL
The Hateful Eight stars came out in support of Tarantino.

JULIE VOGEL & KIERNAN SHIPKA
"It's about having fun for me," Shipka, with one of the night's honorees, told PEOPLE of red carpet dressing. "I'm in a cool position where I get to go to these events and dress up and stuff so I say, why stress out about it? Just have total and complete fun, because that's what it's about for me, about taking some risks and playing around."
The Jessica Jones star let her hair down – and a feminine look reign – for her night out.
The model/actress brought her signature glam to the event.
ANDY GARCIA & ELLEN MIROJNICK
Garcia presented the Emmy winner with her Career Achievement Award. In a montage video about the designer's career, Sharon Stone recounted the day a FedEx truck ran over her Oscars dress and she frantically called Mirojnick for help. The Basic Instinct designer whipped up an outfit using whatever was in Stone's closet – which included that now-famous Gap T-shirt.
The evening's hostess said it generally takes her two hours to get red-carpet ready – but she makes the time pass with a glass of champagne.
JAIME CAMIL & CONSTANCE ZIMMER
"I have to say putting on all the diamonds is probably my favorite part," the actress told PEOPLE of getting ready for awards shows.
