The former That ’70s Show costars just welcomed their second child (a boy!). And if these quotes are any indication, Wyatt’s new sibling is set to join the coolest, most loving family ever.

1. Mila says motherhood makes getting six hours of sleep bearable.
“Everything is different, from the fact that you’re happy when you get six hours of sleep, to the idea of being responsible for this incredible, living, breathing, little human being that you can’t believe is yours.”

2. Ashton didn’t realize how much he could love another human.
“You think you know how much you can love another person, and then you have a child and you realize you didn’t know. It’s infinitely rewarding.”

3. And he is super impressed with Mila as a mother.
“She’s the greatest mom,” The Ranch star says. “I go to work every day, and I come home and she’s perfect. And it just seems like everything went amazing. And I know that something probably didn’t go amazing, but she never tells it’s unbelievable. She’s incredible.”

4. They decided not to get a nanny so they could feel they “know” Wyatt.
“We just want to know our kid,” said Kutcher. “We want to be the people that know what to do when the baby’s crying to make the baby not cry anymore. We want to know, like, when she makes a little face or something, we want to be emotionally in touch with her. And I think the only way to do that is by being the one who’s there.”

5. Ashton wants changing rooms in men’s bathrooms so his daughter can grow up in a world without sexism.
“I would like my daughter to experience a world where gender doesn’t dictate one’s responsibility or limit one’s opportunity. Having changing tables in men’s rooms is just a tiny step in the process of rectifying legacy gender discrimination. Men who are aware of this bias want to participate equally in the child care process, and our society should support that. It’s time to get our hands dirty.”

6. Ashton says Wyatt is too smart to buy the whole “Easter Bunny” thing.
“We had a legitimate conversation as to whether or not we’re going to go down that path. We think we’re going Santa Claus, but we don’t know about the bunny. It’s tough! It’s like, why is the bunny laying eggs? ‘Mommy, does a bunny lay eggs?’ ‘No, but the Easter Bunny does,’ and then it becomes a whole thing and then why were there little Peep chicken things?”

7. Mila says she doesn’t “let loose” like she used to.
“I can let loose as much as I want, but at 6:45 in the morning, she’s awake and so am I. [She doesn’t] care if I let loose the night before, so I can only let loose so much, to be honest I don’t know what letting loose means. Probably not going to sleep at 9:30!”

8. And though she loves Wyatt a lot, she says she’s a little crazy.
“She’s crazy. Kids are crazy. I don’t really understand how they’re all alive.”

9. Mila says Ashton is a total hands-on dad.
“My husband is an incredibly hands-on dad. When my child was born, I was breast-feeding and he said, ‘That’s your connection, I want to change every diaper.'”

10. Having a baby hasn’t killed the vibe in the bedroom.
“It’s great.”

11. Mila loves daughter Wyatt completely unconditionally – so much so that she’ll help her get away with murder.
“I think if she killed someone, I would literally be like, ‘I got it, where do you want me to help you bury the body?'” the actress says. “I wouldn’t even question it, and I can’t say that about anybody else in my life.”

12. The second time around, Ashton knows what he’s doing (kind of).
“The first one, I almost became a doula. I was reading every book. I was ready. I had like a catcher’s mitt on,” The Ranch star joked. “This one, I haven’t done anything. I’m like, ‘Well, we didn’t break the first one.’ They’re really durable — that’s what you realize. They don’t break very easily.”

– to Jimmy Fallon

13. Mila says parenting is an eye opener.
“Have a baby, and you realize: The second you think you got s— figured out, you don’t. It’s the greatest wake-up call,”

– to Glamour

14. They want to make their kids work for what they have in life.
“The one topic of conversation we had even prior to ever having kids was always, ‘How do you raise a child to not be an a——?’ We both came from pretty solid poverty backgrounds and grew up very poor and are very much self-made and are very aware of what a dollar is worth. Nothing’s been handed to us.” As a result, “It’s a matter of teaching them from a very early age that, you know, ‘Mommy and Daddy may have a dollar, but you’re poor. You are very poor, you have nothing. Mommy and Daddy have a bank account.’ ”

– to The Kylie and Jackie O Show

15. Most of all, Mila says she wouldn’t trade being a parent for anything.
“I would never trade it for [anything]. Ever ever. But I know that when we decided to have a kid, we were ready to no longer be selfish – at least start the process. Because innately, as humans, we’re very selfish people, and we really wanted to have a family.”
