Michelle Rodriguez to Officer: 'Shoot Me!'

Police say the Lost star was "very argumentative" during her arrest on a DUI charge

Lost star Michelle Rodriguez had a few words for cops after her arrest for drunken driving in Hawaii earlier this month, according to a police report from the incident.

Police described Rodriguez as “very argumentative” and said she kept interrupting the officer who was explaining drunk driving sanctions to her. The 27-year-old actress allegedly told an officer: “I don’t (expletive) belong here! Why don’t you just put a gun to my head and shoot me! You’ve already taken my freedom! You might as well take my life too!”

Later, at the police station where Rodriguez was allowed to use her cell phone to make bail calls, she “continually hit herself in the head and punched at the wall in the interview room,” according to the police report. She settled down, however, after having her mug shot taken.

Officers pulled over Rodriguez – who plays police officer Ana Lucia on the hit ABC series filmed in Hawaii – early on Dec. 1 after spotting her black Mercedes allegedly weaving down Pali Highway in the Honolulu-bound lanes from Kailua. While undergoing a field sobriety test, Rodriguez had a “three inch clockwise circular sway,” and went right instead of left, the police reports also states.

Another Lost star, Cynthia Watros, was arrested 15 minutes later on the same road when police saw her car also moving erratically.

Both allegedly failed sobriety tests. Rodriguez had a blood alcohol level of 0.145, nearly twice the legal limit of 0.08.

The officer who took Rodriguez in a police car to the Kailua substation quoted her as saying “Just take my car and I’ll walk all the way to the North Shore but don’t leave me in the back of this car, poppie.”

Rodriguez’s lawyer declined comment.
