Goodbye to you.

Nine months after filing, Michelle Branch‘s divorce from Teddy Landau has been finalized, PEOPLE confirms.

After separating in January 2014, the musician, 32, filed for divorce from Landau, 51, this past February, citing irreconcilable differences. According to TMZ, Branch will retain ownership of her musical compositions, demos, master recordings and royalties, while Landau keeps the couple’s Mustang, a 2015 GMC truck and some property.

The former couple, who married in 2004, will share custody of their 10-year-old daughter Owen Isabelle.

“My relationship had a very rocky start,” Branch told PEOPLE of Landau in 2006. “My parents hated the idea – and now love him, of course. My dad never wanted me to be with a musician. I mean, how unrealistic is that? I’m not going to fall for an accountant! And when he found out he was closer in age to my husband than I was, he got very nervous.”

Branch’s rep did not respond to request for comment.
