Stop everything you’re doing.

The Internet’s latest meme requires teamwork, concentration, and a whole lot of patience.

It’s called the #MannequinChallenge and while the idea is simple, the execution is way more impressive.

Here’s how it works: Get a bunch of people together to freeze in various poses mid-action, while someone else goes around and films the group in a single shot. The bigger the crowd and the more ridiculous the freezes, the better. (Hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd’s track “Black Beatles” is often used as a backing track, but it doesn’t seem to be required).

The trend started Oct. 26 with this posting from a group of high school students and quickly caught fire among students across the country. It didn’t take long for celebs and major athlete’s to jump on the bandwagon.

Here are some favorites — including Rae Sremmurd themselves:

Kevin Hart

Pittsburgh Steelers

Sacramento Kings

Rae Sremmurd

Logan Paul

Whistle Sports

And that’s just the beginning! The #MannequinChallenge has shown no signs of slowing down with more and more stars and athletes getting in on the fun. Check back for more of the best #MannequinChallenges as they come in.
