Madonna To Tour

Madonna could have sung in Madison Square Garden to help ring in the year 2000, reports the New York Post, but she won’t sing in Madison Square Garden to ring in the year 2000. “Madonna has decided to wait until the year 2000 to tour,” the Material Mom’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, told the tabloid, which said the Garden was willing to ante up $13 million for Madonna to perform this Dec. 31. No word on what Madonna WILL be doing this New Year’s Eve.
