The pop star shared a photo with 15-year-old Rocco, on Instagram, on Christmas Day. “Merry X-mas to the Sun-shine of my Life,” she wrote, along with a number of “x” and “o” emojis. Last week news broke that Madonna, 57, and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie are embroiled in a custody battle over Rocco, who recently has been with his father in London. Rocco was reportedly ordered to return to Madonna in New York at a court hearing on Wednesday, The New York Post‘s Page Six reported. The singer was apparently present for Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan’s decision, while Ritchie, 47, was not. The director’s lawyer reportedly told the judge that “[Rocco] has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” according to the New York Daily News. Kaplan, who said Rocco will receive a court-appointed attorney, reportedly directed the teen to return to New York. “If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother,” the judge said. Madonna and Ritchie divorced after seven years together in 2008. The pair also share son David Banda, 10, whom they adopted in 2006. Madonna also has two daughters, and Ritchie has three kids with his wife Jacqui Ainsley.
