As if the news of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s divorce announcement wasn’t hard enough, Madame Tussauds has made it official by already separating the Hollywood power couple’s wax likenesses.

In a photo tweeted by the wax museum Wednesday morning, the pair have been moved apart, divided by a completely neutral – and somewhat random – party in the split, Robert Pattinson.

“Following the news that has shocked celebrity watchers worldwide, we can confirm we have separated Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s figures,” Madame Tussauds captioned the image.

A Madame Tussauds spokesperson tells PEOPLE that the museum reacted quickly to the news by splitting up the couple to be “featured at a respectful distance from each other.”

“Angelina is keeping Nicole Kidman company and Brad Pitt is with his several time co-star Morgan Freeman,” says the spokesperson.

The former couple’s wax figures have been standing together since they were launched in 2013.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jolie, 41, filed for divorce from the 52-year-old actor on Monday after two years of marriage and a relationship dating back to 2005. She has asked for physical custody of their six children – Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox, ranging in age from 8 to 15 – and is requesting that Pitt be granted visitation rights.

Pitt, 52, released a statement Tuesday asking that his children are given privacy in light of the news.

“I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids,” he said in the statement. “I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.”
