A rep for the actress denies magazine claims that she drank vodka and is dating a married man

A miscarriage! A sex list! These are just a few bombshell confessions made by Lindsay Lohan in the past few days. But is the actress no longer sober and dating a married man?

Lohan’s much buzzed about reality show on Oprah Winfrey‘s OWN Network came to a conclusion on Sunday when the actress revealed that she had a miscarriage during the filming of the series. Cameras began to follow her last August soon after her 90-day rehab stint to settle criminal charges related to two DUIs.

The miscarriage isn’t the only shocking confession. The 27-year-old actress confirmed on the April 20 episode that the rumored sex list detailing her 36 previous partners that included Heath Ledger, James Franco and Zac Efron was in fact hers. The list was written while she was in rehab at the Betty Ford Center.

Now comes a new interview with Kode Magazine, a quarterly fashion lifestyle publication, in which the Mean Girls star claims she is dating a wealthy married man with children, who sends a jet to pick her up.

The unnamed Kode interviewer also writes that Lohan is no longer sober and would “take a sip from her freshly topped off glass of vodka on the rocks.” The article also states Lohan carried an Evian bottle filled with vodka during the second day of the Coachella musical festival.

A spokesperson for Lohan denies the report and that the interview took place.

“Lindsay completed her interview via email,” her rep tells PEOPLE. “It’s beyond comprehension that a magazine would make up an interview in this manner.”

However, Kode‘s Editor-in-Chief Allan Troy Watson stands by the story, telling PEOPLE that the interview occurred. “All the assertions and statements made within the story are 100 percent valid,” says Watson. “I stand behind what I published in the magazine. Miss Lohan was completely aware of the capacity and the writer of this story at all times. We have numerous photographical evidence and testimonies that placed the two in the same room speaking.”

Despite all the drama, Lohan is working again. She guest starred in the April 14 episode of 2 Broke Girls playing a bridezilla. Next, she is set to co-produce and star in the indie drama Inconceivable.

“She’s very committed to the film,” producer Randall Emmett tells PEOPLE. Filming is set to start this summer.

Lohan, who now lives in New York City, is expected to appear at the Tribeca Film Festival on Thursday to attend the premiere of the Third Person, a drama starring Liam Neeson and Mila Kunis.
