Perhaps she’s not quite ready for the outside world again.

Lindsay Lohan has decided to stay at the Betty Ford Center for another few days, even though she’s legally allowed to leave on Monday, according to a report on TMZ.com.

The report says the troubled actress, 24, wants to remain in treatment until Saturday.

Lohan has been at Betty Ford since late October, having failing a drug test in September following her incarceration for violating probation in a DUI case.

This Saturday, she Tweeted an optimistic view of 2011, saying that New Year’s Day was “the first day of the rest of my life.” Quoting Gandhi, she added: “The future depends on what we do in the present.”
