Police descended on Lil Wayne‘s Miami Beach mansion Tuesday to seize property in relation to a civil lawsuit, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Department confirms to PEOPLE.

Per public court documents, the 33-year-old rapper (né Dwayne Carter Jr.) owed more than $2 million in the suit. On Sept. 30, a Miami judge granted an order for police to seize that amount in assets from Lil Wayne’s house. And on Tuesday around 3 p.m., authorities carried out the court order, police confirm.

According to TMZ, who was first to report the news, the cops seized pieces from Lil Wayne’s reported $30 million art collection, as well as plaques.

This isn’t the performer’s first brush with the law. In 2010, he served eight months in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree weapons possession in 2007.

Lil Wayne’s rep did not immediately respond to request for comment.
