She’s moving on up.

Lauren Conrad has left the Hills – that is, her $1.3 million condo in Beverly Hills – for a new place in the ritzy Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The reality star and fashion designer, 27, has plunked down $3.745 million on a spacious New England-style home – a two-story property extensively renovated by celebrity designer and star of Bravo’s Flipping Out, Jeff Lewis.

The 4,303-square-foot house, built in 1959, has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, master suite and dark hardwood floors, according to Trulia.

It also features stainless steel appliances, Carrera marble, multiple fireplaces, a massive patio, a basketball court and expansive lawns for parties. There’s also plenty of room for a pool, if Conrad wants to get her feet wet with a construction project.

The house a new place for Conrad to call home, though it’s not the only one. She still owns a four-bedroom house in Laguna Beach. The star sold her Hollywood Hills home in 2011.
